Ils rencontrent les personnes atteintes de ces conditions et prennent note des aménagements dont elles auront besoin en tenant compte de leurs besoins individuels.

Le réseau « Cap emploi » : ces organismes travaillent avec les employeurs et les personnes handicapées pour promouvoir l’intégration et le maintien dans l’emploi de ce groupe. Ils proposent des services de proximité pour accompagner les entreprises dans leurs actions de recrutement et d’insertion, ainsi que les demandeurs d’emploi handicapés en voie d’insertion professionnelle.
Notre organisme est a taille humaine, le responsable de formation est également le référent Handicap, c’est donc lui qui reçoit le candidat pour valider son projet emploi, les compétences acquises et celles à acquérir. C’est également lui qui identifie les aménagements de la formation à mettre en place, en cours.
Votre Formation Pro s’engage à adapter ses formations en prenant en compte les besoins spécifiques des personnes en situation de handicap, un accompagnement Personnalisé Handicap. Tant au niveau des contenus que des méthodes d’enseignement. Nous mettons à disposition un Référent Handicap dédié, sur demande du candidat, afin de l’accompagner tout au long de son parcours de formation. En collaboration avec les organismes spécialisés impliqués, notre Référent Handicap veille à la réussite de chaque candidat.

Depuis le 09 Décembre 2021, Horizon Formation est certifiée conformément aux exigences du Référentiel National de Certification Qualité des organismes mentionnés à l’article L.6351-1 du Code du travail.
